2021 & beyond
Everything changed. I found out that after a half marathon I needed to have hip surgery. I was so naive to think that I could just have a few weeks off and get back to it. To this day I have not taught Yoga since, and yet this was my greatest gift. I trained with ANIMAS to become a coach and curated my life in a way that I am so proud of. THIS WAS MY CALLING - and I am here to help you find yours.
2018
I found my calling bringing Yoga and Meditation to the masses. Whether it was a tech company, or one of the 4,500 children that I taught in schools I was doing what I always wanted to. However, there was still this feeling that I kept to myself where I wanted to offer more - there was so much more that I could give ( I can imagine that this sounds familiar to you if you are here)
2015
I embarked on my true calling, maybe I was in my Saturn Return who knows. I left my career in Advertising to train to teach Yoga in Hawaii, and it changed my life for good. I also trained in Vedic Meditation in that same year and finally got myself where I was always supposed to be.
2013
Born in Scarborough (or Scarbados) there is not a day that goes by that I am not grateful for my Yorkshire roots and wonderful upbringing by the beach. The Pisces in me has felt at home since day one.
